Full Planning & Coordination
Our Full Planning & Coordination package is designed for couples who have a wedding vision but are looking for a professional to take the reins and manage every detail from start to finish. This comprehensive package includes every service needed to give clients complete peace of mind.
We start with a design consultation to create a mood board and inspiration guide as we start searching for the perfect venue and vendors. We take care of all vendor management and tour scheduling, ensuring everything is organized and timely. We also oversee client budgets as requested, keeping track of current and future expenses, ensuring you stay on budget without sacrificing your vision.
On the wedding day itself, clients benefit from the support of two of our trusted assistant coordinators, allowing us to be in multiple places at once and ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed. This level of support guarantees that client family and friends fully enjoy the day without any stress or responsibility.
In addition to wedding day coordination, we also assist with planning and coordinating all of the events surrounding the wedding day, including rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, day-after brunches, and after parties.

Partial Planning & Coordination
This package is perfect for couples who want a little extra guidance and peace of mind leading up to their big day.
From the moment we begin, we work together with unlimited planning and coordination meetings to review all of your details. We help our clients navigate every step of the planning process, from the initial planning stages through to the final touches on the wedding day. This package also includes a final walkthrough at the venue, rehearsal management, and full ceremony coordination.
In addition to the logistical support, we create a detailed timeline throughout the planning process, meeting with your key vendors — such as your photographer, caterer, DJ, and venue — to ensure everything is on track. Our couples also receive design boards and layout plans for all decor and venue set-up, ensuring each vision comes to life beautifully. We offer detailed recommendations, assist with vendor selection, coordinate with all vendors throughout the planning process, and finalize all timing details for the big day.
We work closely with the venue to create floor plans that flow seamlessly for our couples, their guests, and the vendors. We help coordinate all transportation of rental items and decor before and after the wedding, so our clients can rest easy knowing everything is in place.

Day-of Coordination
Our Day-of Coordination package is designed to ensure our clients’ wedding day runs smoothly, allowing them to relax and fully enjoy every moment. Starting six weeks before the big day, we dive into the logistics and fine details, coordinating with all vendors to ensure every aspect of the celebration is thoughtfully planned. This includes crafting a detailed wedding day timeline, which we distribute to all vendors and key parties to ensure everyone is aligned on timing.
During the wedding day, we work closely with all vendors to manage important moments, like music cues, food service, lighting adjustments, and venue space setups. We are there every step of the way, overseeing the flow of the day from the first look to the final dance. We ensure your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces are set up according to our clients’ vision and create seamless transitions between each part of the event. Additionally, we are there to provide any support needed, so clients do not have to worry about a thing.
For decor setup, we handle all arrangements provided by the couple within our capacity, or with help of the wedding party, family, or friends who have volunteered. We also offer a variety of affordable decor rentals—such as vases, candles, and frames—to add the perfect finishing touches to your celebration.
